Madrid Logistics Center

Areall has worked as project management consultants on the development of Madrid Gate 1 Logistics Centre during 2021 and 2022 for one of the most relevant logistics developers, Goodman. We have successfully coordinated all the necessary actors involved in the development in order to deliver a fully operational building to be used as the Iberian Peninsula Headquarters and Cross dock hub for one of Europe's leading logistics operators, GLS.
